Harriet talks us through her childhood as a child of an alcoholic, and her own relationship with alcohol and how it has impacted her life now she is a parent. This really is an insightful episode where we get to hear both perspectives from one person.

Amy is a NACOA Speaker, fundraising volunteer, and an adult child of an alcoholic. Amy is passionate about speaking openly about her experience so that she can inspire others to know that they are not alone.
Amy appeared on Vicky Pattison's Channel 4 documentary "Vicky Pattison: Alcohol, Dad and Me", where she spoke out about the affects of her dads drinking on her.

Sarah Drage
Sarah is the founder of mental health charity WarriorKind, a TEDx speaker, NACOA volunteer, and an adult child of an alcoholic.
After losing her dad to alcohol addiction in 2017 Sarah has been a leading voice in the community, where she actively advocates against the stigma attached to alcohol use disorder.
